Acceptance and service description

By using MC NovaTools, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. MC NovaTools provides browser-based utilities for tasks such as PDF preparation, image optimization, developer formatting and validation, text conversion, data cleanup, productivity workflows, and finance estimates. The service is provided for practical preparation and education, not as a substitute for professional advice.

The site may change, add, remove, or reorganize tools to improve quality, security, accessibility, performance, or compliance. We try to preserve public routes and avoid breaking established links, but no specific tool or page is guaranteed to remain available forever.

The tools are intended for ordinary browser users, creators, developers, students, freelancers, and small teams that need a quick way to prepare or inspect information. They are not designed for emergency use, regulated recordkeeping without review, high-frequency automation, forensic preservation, medical diagnosis, legal filing, tax filing, investment execution, or any workflow where an unverified browser output could create immediate harm.

Tool outputs and user responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing every output before relying on it. Browser utilities can be affected by incomplete input, unsupported formats, corrupt files, unusual encoding, browser memory limits, rounding rules, date assumptions, locale settings, third-party data, and user configuration. Always keep an original copy of important files and compare the result against trusted sources before publishing, sending, filing, or making a decision.

Finance calculators and financial guides are informational only. They are not tax, investment, lending, insurance, legal, or accounting advice. Results may vary based on rates, fees, taxes, inflation, market movement, credit profile, jurisdiction, timing, and assumptions that the tool cannot know. Acceptable use and prohibited uses

You may use the site for lawful personal, educational, editorial, business, and development workflows. You may not use MC NovaTools to violate laws, infringe rights, attack systems, distribute malware, evade security controls, scrape at abusive volume, misrepresent generated outputs, process data you are not authorized to handle, or upload/share confidential material in a way that breaches your obligations.

Do not attempt to reverse engineer private infrastructure, bypass rate limits, interfere with ads or consent controls, inject malicious code, exploit browser vulnerabilities, or use tools to create spam, phishing, credential theft, impersonation, fraud, harassment, or deceptive financial promotions.

Automated access must be reasonable and must not degrade the service for other users. Do not frame pages in a misleading interface, remove legal notices, hide disclaimers, or present MC NovaTools outputs as certified, audited, guaranteed, or produced by a licensed professional unless a separate written agreement explicitly says so. If you integrate a link to a tool in your own workflow, you remain responsible for explaining the limits to your users.

Privacy and security responsibilities

MC NovaTools is designed around browser-first processing where practical, but you must still choose appropriate data. Do not paste passwords, private keys, authentication tokens, full financial account numbers, medical records, confidential client files, or government identifiers into any online workflow unless you have authority and have verified that the workflow is suitable.

You are responsible for your device, browser, extensions, network, downloads, and local files. If you use a shared computer, clear site data and downloaded files after sensitive work. If you report a bug, provide synthetic examples whenever possible.

Intellectual property

MC NovaTools owns or licenses the site design, code, brand elements, editorial content, page structure, and original tool guidance, except for third-party libraries, public standards, open-source components, user-provided content, and materials otherwise credited. You may link to public pages and use tool outputs you create, subject to rights in your own inputs and third-party materials.

You may not copy the site wholesale, remove attribution from original editorial content, use the MC NovaTools name in a misleading way, or imply endorsement without permission. Open-source notices and licenses for dependencies remain governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

MC NovaTools is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that every tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, secure for every possible use, compatible with every file, or suitable for a specific professional purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MC NovaTools and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or decisions made from unverified outputs.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, your exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using the site. If you continue using outputs after warnings, disclaimers, or visible errors, you accept responsibility for the review decisions you make. This limitation is important because MC NovaTools cannot inspect every private file, local browser state, business context, jurisdiction, or professional requirement behind a user’s task.

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the site operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
