How to reach us

The primary contact address is [email protected]. The contact form on this page validates your name, email, subject, and message in the browser, then opens your email client with a prefilled draft. This keeps the site static and avoids collecting your message through a hidden backend that has not been described. If your email client does not open automatically, copy your message and send it directly to the support address.

MC NovaTools is a remote-first project and does not currently operate a public walk-in office. Legal correspondence, privacy requests, accessibility reports, and correction requests should be sent by email so they can be tracked and answered consistently. Phone support is not currently offered. Please do not send passwords, private keys, full financial records, health records, government identification numbers, or confidential client files unless we specifically ask for a redacted example that is safe to review.

For the fastest response, use a clear subject line such as “Bug report: PDF merge route,” “Privacy request,” “Correction request,” or “Accessibility issue.” A short, specific message is easier to verify than a broad complaint without a URL. If the issue appears only after a particular file type or browser setting, describe the type and setting without attaching private material. MC NovaTools may ask follow-up questions, but support will never ask for account passwords, private keys, payment card numbers, or full identity documents through ordinary email.

Response-time promise

We aim to acknowledge support and correction messages within two business days. Privacy rights requests, security reports, broken route reports, and finance-tool accuracy concerns receive priority because they can affect trust and user safety. Complex requests may take longer if they require reproducing a bug, checking a browser-specific issue, or reviewing copy across multiple localized pages.

When reporting a bug, include the page URL, browser, device type, a short description of the input format, the expected result, and the actual result. For privacy, send a small synthetic example instead of real personal documents whenever possible. For finance calculators, include the assumptions you entered, but do not send bank logins, account numbers, Social Security numbers, tax IDs, or private statements.

Business inquiries are welcome when they are relevant to privacy-first utilities, accessibility, localization, educational content, or responsible advertising. We do not accept proposals that require hidden tracking, deceptive ad placement, scraped user data, fake testimonials, paid reviews without disclosure, or claims that cannot be verified. Tool requests are prioritized when they fit the existing client-side architecture, solve a repeatable user problem, and can be explained with clear limits.

This form is intentionally simple: it runs validation in your browser and opens an email draft addressed to MC NovaTools. It is a tested static-site workflow and does not pretend to submit data to a server.

What we can help with

We can review tool bugs, unclear instructions, accessibility issues, missing disclaimers, outdated links, sitemap or routing problems, privacy questions, and requests for new utilities that fit a browser-first model. We cannot provide legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, medical advice, emergency support, or individualized financial recommendations.

If you want a correction to a blog post, include the article URL and the paragraph that needs attention. If a tool output appears wrong, include a reproducible example with non-sensitive data. If an advertisement appears misleading, disruptive, or too close to a core control, send the page URL and a screenshot description so placement can be reviewed against user experience and AdSense policy expectations.

Security reports should include only the minimum information needed to reproduce the concern. If you believe a page exposes private data, creates an unsafe download, weakens consent behavior, or links to a misleading destination, mark the subject line as “Security” or “Privacy” so it can be triaged ahead of general feature requests. Please do not publicly disclose an active vulnerability before MC NovaTools has had a reasonable chance to investigate and respond.

Privacy when contacting us

Messages sent by email are handled by the email providers involved in delivery. MC NovaTools keeps support messages only as long as needed to answer, document a bug, comply with legal obligations, or protect the service. We do not sell contact messages. We do not use support emails to create advertising audiences. If you want a message deleted after a request is resolved, ask in the same thread and we will review the request under the privacy policy.

Because the form opens a local email draft, you can review and edit the message before sending. That is intentional. It gives you one more chance to remove personal data, replace real examples with synthetic examples, and confirm which email account will send the request. If you prefer not to use email, you may use the official social links for a brief pointer, but privacy requests and support details should still move to email for verification and record keeping.
